Originally established in 1786, Strathisla is the oldest working distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Located in the Speyside region, it was the first distillery owned by the Chivas Brothers and to this day, Strathisla Single Malt is at the heart of each and every Chivas Regal blend.

All bookings and payment of admission tickets need to be made in advance directly on the Strathisla Distillery website. The code supplied with your pass will need to be entered in the online booking with Strathisla Distillery.

The perfect tour for an introduction to whisky making where your guide will take you into the production areas, explain the distillation process from start to finish and then show you racks of filled whisky casks quietly laying in the cool tranquillity of the traditional bonded warehouse.

CHIVAS: THE BLEND
Create your blend with Chivas: The Blend at Strathisla Distillery where the single malt at the heart of Chivas Regal is made. This interactive experience allows you to discover different whisky flavour profiles before experimenting with them to create your very own blend and take a 20cl bottle of it home! We have timed this session perfectly to allow you to add it on to the 2pm Distillery Tour making your Strathisla Distillery: Home of Chivas experience complete! Toured Strathisla before? Visited hundred distilleries already? Book as a stand alone experience unique to Strathisla.

"If you like an old fashioned distillery tour with bags of character then come to StrathIsla in Keith, home to the famous Chivas Regal. Though the majority of the process is now automated, the works are still enclosed in an older building which adds to the atmosphere of the tour. Well worth a visit"
