FAQ about the Northern Highlights Pass

The Northern Highlights Pass is available both adults and children.

Your Northern Highlights Pass is not activated on date on purchase but is programmed to be activated the first time it is used at an attraction – when you visit or book.

Passes permit one visit per attraction and do not permit same day re-entry.

Passes are not fast track passes.

Passes are non-transferable.

Northern Highlights Pass strongly recommend you check opening times before visiting attractions, particularly in winter months when opening hours are reduced.

Northern Highlights Pass does not take responsibility for any attraction closures

Children are classed as 5 – 15 inclusive.

Please remember to check if the attractions or activities you are particularly interested in, are open at the time you purchase you pass or for the time period you intend to use it for.

 Northern HighLights Pass £20 per adult / £10 per child.

We can provide you with either a digital or physical pass (you decide) including a map and visitor information about the area of North East Scotland

If you choose a digital pass this will be emailed to the address you provide us with instantly (with links to an electronic version of the map and some visitor information)

If you would prefer a physical pass and a printed map and visitor information, this will be posted out to you at an additional supplement of £5 per order (based on UK signed First Class delivery) from £10 (International – this will based on postal costs relevant to your country.) Please allow 5 working days for mainland UK deliveries and 10 working days for international postage.

The Northern Highlights Pass currently includes 20+ NE Scotland attractions. The list of participating attractions is being finalised for 2024.

No not all the attractions are open all year as some are closed in the winter and over the Christmas period. We advise it is best to check the opening times for each attraction before you visit.

No the pass does not cover public transport.

Businesses included on it may change from time to time, however please check the opening hours, terms and conditions of any participating businesses that you are maybe interested in.
